Legal texts
Privacy
This website uses no cookies, does not follow you and loads nothing from other sites. If you write to us, we use your email address to answer you. In the hosted library, the data belongs to whoever takes it: we only process it on their behalf.
We comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD) and Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE). Here are the details. The Spanish version of these texts is the one that applies.

2. This website
ayvurenda.com uses no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. It has no analytics, advertising, videos, maps, fonts or software from other sites: everything you see is served from our own server. Like any web server, it records the address each page is requested from and the time; we use that only for security and for the service to work properly, and we do not cross it with anything.
3. If you write to us
When you write to contacto@oksigenia.com, we use your name, your email address and what you tell us to answer you and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal or set up your library. The legal basis is your own request and, if you sign up, the contract. We keep it while the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for as long as the law requires (for example, tax rules). We do not send advertising newsletters and we do not pass your data on for commercial purposes.
4. The library hosted on ayvurenda.com
Whoever takes a hosted library is the controller of its readers' and staff's data, and Oksigenia SL is their processor (article 28 of the GDPR): it processes the data only to provide the service, following their instructions and under a processing agreement that sets this out.
- Each library is kept apart from the others: its staff see nothing of another.
- The servers are in a data centre in the European Union. There are no transfers outside the European Economic Area.
- Minors' voices are shared only with their family's permission, and whoever records a voice can delete it without asking anyone.
- Readers do not compete with one another and nothing says who reads what: whatever is shown about a group is added up and without names.
- Whoever takes it can move their copies off the server, encrypted with a key only they hold.
- If they leave, they take their data in open formats (CSV, MARC21, Dublin Core, RIS) and we delete it.
5. The plugin in your own Moodle
If you use Ayvurenda as a plugin in your Moodle, Oksigenia SL receives no data from your library: everything stays on your server and you are the controller. The plugin declares to Moodle what it keeps about each person, so it can be exported or deleted with Moodle's privacy tools.
6. Who else sees the data
Nobody, unless the law requires it. Only our server provider in the European Union and our tax advisers (for invoicing) may access it when needed, as processors and under confidentiality.
7. Your rights
You can access your data, correct it, ask us to delete it, restrict or object to its processing, and ask for its portability. Write to us at privacidad@oksigenia.com or to the postal address, with a copy of your identity document. If you are a reader of a hosted library, you can also go to your library, which decides about your data.
If you think we are not handling your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Security
We apply the technical and organisational measures needed to protect data and to prevent its loss, alteration or unauthorised access: encrypted connections, backups, isolation between libraries and security updates.
