The postal address is that of Lafuente Asesores, an external advisory firm in La Laguna authorised by Oksigenia SL to receive communications and notices. Lafuente Asesores is not part of Oksigenia SL; it only receives its administrative mail. The registered office recorded in the Commercial Registry remains as stated in the company's deed of incorporation.
2. What Ayvurenda is
Ayvurenda is a product of Oksigenia SL: an online library for any institution, used hosted on ayvurenda.com or inside Moodle™ as a free, open-source plugin. This website presents it and explains its plans.
3. Intellectual and industrial property
The plugin's code is free software under the GNU GPL v3 licence: you may use it, study it, change it and share it on its terms. It is published on GitHub.
The design and texts of this website, and Ayvurenda's illustrations, characters and voices, belong to Oksigenia SL and are protected by intellectual property rights. They may not be reproduced without permission, except to quote or link to them stating where they come from.

4. Content and links
Oksigenia SL is not responsible for third-party sites that link to this website or that are linked from it. It may change the content and design of the website without notice to keep it up to date.
The screenshots, cards, shelves and names shown on the website are sample data.
5. Terms of use
You agree to make proper use of the website and of the services Oksigenia SL offers on it. Using it for unlawful activities or activities contrary to good faith and public order is forbidden.
6. Disclaimer and liability
Oksigenia SL is not liable for damage of any kind that may be caused, for example, by errors or omissions in the content, the website not being available, or harmful software, despite having taken the technical measures needed to prevent it.
The plugin is provided «as is», as its GPL v3 licence says. The library hosted on ayvurenda.com is also governed by the contract of the plan each customer takes.
7. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Spanish law applies. For any dispute about the website or its services, Oksigenia SL and the user submit to the courts of the user's place of residence, if the user is a consumer, or otherwise to those of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
